Expleo Group have a new and exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Sales Account Manager. A background within the rail sector is a must, as is the ability to develop strong customer relationships based on performance and trust. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in leading, producing and closing bids, coupled with the ability to manage business /action plans and deliver forecasts in order to achieve sustainable and profitable sales. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary Expleo contact for the assigned rail transportation accounts • Develop trust and intimacy with the customer at all levels of the organization • Establish Expleo’s local strategy for this account in order to achieve sustainable and profitable sales • Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into new opportunities across Expleo’s entire service portfolio • Work cross functionally internally with local country organizations and domain experts to secure new business opportunities • Lead, produce and close the bids • Manage the business plan, deliver regular reports of action plans and forecasts Requirements: • Academic degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable education • Proven track record of consistent sales success and target achievement in the area of large or strategic accounts • Team player attitude with leadership experience in multicultural environments • Ability to work autonomously, but also partner and collaborate within international project teams • Strong experience in selling engineering services including direct interaction with senior decision makers • Excellent knowledge of the rail transportation sector • Ideally existing and retrievable network at Rail OEM • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships • Good understanding and handling of CRM tools and MS Office • Hands-on approach with focus on customers’ needs and satisfaction • Willingness to travel To be successful in this role you will need extensive experience in a Sales Account Management environment with a demonstrable track record of achieving targets and consistent sales success.
