Job title – PLM Support Engineer

Working within a team to receive, manage and resolve user incidents in the Teamcenter 11 production environment. The right candidate will be able to diagnose and resolve TC user issues, conduct root cause investigation, manage incident record and process.
• Ability to diagnose root cause and propose improvements.
Essential skills are:
• Problem Solving – Able to diagnose and resolve user issues with Teamcenter Application
• Customer Facing – Able to discuss issues with users and manage resolution / execution
• Must have experience with Teamcenter UA v9 onwards
• Desirable – TC PLM Configuration experience
• Must be SC cleared or capable of getting SC Clearance
• Must be UK National
